The staff we encountered were extremely pleasant, welcoming and helpful. We felt genuinely supported throughout the process of renewing our passports.

The service has definitely improved since our last renewal approximately ten years ago, when our experience with the staff was considerably less positive.

It was a very pleasant experience this time, and we sincerely appreciate the professionalism and kindness of everyone who assisted us.

From reception at street level and security check, to the interview itself, all went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone in the chain was professional and courteous. The embassy is a model of how government should interact with the public.
