Nothing compared to past years ! I received a VIP welcome with a genuinely warm and friendly approach, but all the necessary security requirements were still in place. It was truly reassuring experience. Even though I had made a mistake when filling out the form for a passport renewal, the staff member took her time to explain everything and helped me to fill it out again. She was truly kind and patient.
